Classic Cleaning Felts

The classic felt cleaners for cleaning normally soiled weapons are made of pure sheep’s wool. For each caliber, the felt cleaners are produced to give an exact fit. By putting on the felt holder, the felt cleaner is slightly stretched. As a result, the very firm but somewhat flexible felt material is slightly larger than the respective caliber. This small plus tolerance ensures that the felt cleaner presses firmly against the barrel. So the grooves and lands are thoroughly cleaned with the felt cleaner. The felt cleaners made of pure sheep wool are enormously absorbent. Gun oil and barrel cleaner are soaked up by the classic felt cleaners and evenly applied as they pass through the barrel.
The classic felt cleaners can be used with the felt holder on any Ballistol cleaning rod and most other cleaning rods using our adapters. For 12g shotgun use the 7mm cleaning rod with the 12g shotgun felt adapter.
The felt Air Rifle cleaning plugs of caliber 4.5 to 5.56 mm are simply soaked with ballistol or bore cleaner and then shot like a projectile through the barrel. The easiest way to clean and care for gun barrels.
These felt cleaning plugs are made of 100 percent sheep wool in Germany. The cleaning plugs are optimized for each caliber with a small oversized tolerance. The solid and absorbent felt plugs are slightly elastic and press firmly into the gun barrel. All residues are transported out during the shot. Another shot with a cleaning plug, which you previously impregnated with gun oil, completes the fast gun care.
